Alliance Leisure will provide options appraisals including a feasibility study and concept designs in order to facilitate the production of robust business plans that will allow clients to consider the business case for proposed developments.
Design and Build Services
Alliance Leisure partner with a number of leisure architects with a wide range of experience and complimentary skills. Architects are selected for each project based on project requirements, fees, workload and specific leisure experience.
Sourcing and Provision of Private Funding
Alliance Leisure is able to provide competitive private sector funding through its panel of funders.
The Framework will focus on two construction methods: 1. Design and Build 2. Construction Only The following types of building contract may be utilised under the Framework: 1. JCT Design & Build Contract 2011/2016 2. JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement (General Contractor) 2011/2016 3. NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Contract (Option C) 4. NEC Professional Services Contract (3rd Edition) 5. Sport England Contract
Sales and Marketing Services
Alliance can provide Sales and Marketing Management Services for each individual Client Authority project either linked to a development project or on a standalone basis. This can include: - Impact Sales Teams - Marketing Campaigns - Brand Development - Staff Training (Sales, Retention & Service) - Digital Marketing - Mystery Shopping - Marketing Audit Services Sales and Marketing Services can be paid for on an ad-hoc basis for pre-defined bespoke packages of support or on an income-share basis where payment is only made to Alliance Leisure when pre-agreed income targets are surpassed.
Provision of Equipment
Under the Framework leisure operators may purchase leisure-related equipment including (but not limited to): - Health & Fitness Equipment - Play Equipment - Climbing Equipment - Toning Equipment - Office & Leisure Furniture - Drowning Detection - I.T Solutions - Signage - F&B
